Every year at Akasha, we put out a series of single hop IPAs to showcase our favourite hops. When our single hop Mosaic IPA became one of the most popular – inside and outside of the brewery – we incorporated it into our core range.

When we founded Akasha Brewing Company back in 2015, one of the first commandments in our business plan was quality. Quality must be at the core of everything we do.
