TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Purchase a 4-pack or carton of Super Chill Lager or Pacific Ale from the Akasha Taproom for the chance to win. To enter, scan the QR code and enter required details to the competition webpage.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Competition is open to Australian residents who are over 18 year of age at the time of entry. Employees of Akasha Brewing Co. and participating retailers as well as their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this competition. Entry into the competition means that the entrant warrants that he or she meets the entry requirements and accepts these terms and conditions.
COMPETITION TIME:
The competition starts on the 20/10/23 and finishes at 11:59pm 30/11/23. The draw will be conducted and a winner will be chosen at random and announced on 1/12/23.
ENTRIES:
Entries can be submitted by filling out the webform supplied on Akasha Brewing Co.’s website between the 20/10/23 and 30/11/23. One entry per person, per purchase can be submitted. Winner will be chosen by chance draw and will be notified by email. If winner cannot be contacted over a period of 7 days a redraw will occur.
SHIPPING:
Akasha Brewing Co. will be responsible for shipping cost of the prize to Australian addresses only.
DISQUALIFICATION:
The promoter has the right to disqualify any entrants or entries where we reasonably suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, such as if there has been a breach of the competition terms and conditions.
PRIVACY:
Any use of personal information the promoter receives will comply with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act.
WINNERS:
Winner will be contacted by the email address the entry was submitted.
