Our mates at Jackalope will be joining us Friday, Saturday and Sunday for a reopening extravaganza! Local talent, Heath Lincoln, will also be making an appearance from 2:30pm on Sunday!

Brisket and Brawn was founded in 2017 by Stefan Pizzardi. What started out as a hobby has turned into a passion for American-style barbecuing and good food, one which he hopes to share with as many people as possible. They are dedicated to the craft of slow cooking, and perfectly serving meat to everyone’s desired taste.
