A crisp 6% ABV with an evident pink hue, Summer Slice shimmers with mild citrus aromas and a light, citrussy taste thanks to its delectably dry-hopped Eclipse elements. Throughout, a gentle watermelon essence dances across the tongue, with a pleasant, dry and lightly bitter character and finishing sweetness bringing the best of summer’s flavours to your palate.

This one is a little more experimental than our usual Projects, but the alchemy of this ale speaks for itself – this is a super-approachable brew that’s as at home on the beach as it is by the barbecue, any for any occasion when there’s nowhere in particular you need to be but right here, right now.
