Give your senses a shock worthy of a Dario Argento cut with the hellishly tasty Blood Orange Gose, fresh from the secret laboratory beneath our temple of hop.
Originally brewed as a tiny keg-only collab with the mad monks at Spooning Goats, we’ve brought this one back from the underworld after subjecting it to a torturous round of tweaking, testing and tasting… and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results.
Bursting with all the tart freshness the Gose genre is known for, we kettle-soured this sucker with lactobacillus, brewed it with sea salt and coriander seed, and chanted dark incantations over it as we poured buckets of blood orange pulp into its fermenting body to create a super refreshing yet complex beverage with screaming citrus notes and creeping hints of saltiness.
Bright and lively, it’s one for the sourpusses, or those just discovering what the style has to offer – and it’s just bloody perfect for the opening act of a hot summer’s day, the ideal set up for an extended spell in the company of your besties.
