A tantalising single hop brew fit for the gods, Azacca stirs the soul with its profound medley of citrus, grapefruit, mango, papaya and pine flavours, in a deep, dry and intensely refreshing India Pale Ale sure to elicit chants of praise for its lavish, entrancing nature.

Once known only as #483 but today named for the Haitian loa of agriculture, the Azacca hop may sound fearsome, but pay it the right respect and the rewards are heavenly indeed. This dual-use hop has a distinguished lineage, and we reckon we’ve honoured it in true style.
Relatively high in alpha acids with an intriguing spice on the palate, Azacca nonetheless resolves into a beautiful profusion of tropical and citrus flavours, among them citrus, grapefruit, green grass, mango, papaya and pine, for a dry and deeply satisfying beverage.
As a single hop IPA, it’s a magical creation that almost feels alive with flavour. It sings on the palate, soars on the tongue, resounds in the mind and refreshes like few other beers.
It’s one to take with you whatever your plans, from traipsing off the beaten track in the shade of ancient trees, to late summer sand dune camping on a lonely stretch of beach, to… well, anywhere at all really.
